Where Sue Dreams

She’s in one of those places,
former castle
former Jesuit monastery
former summer cottage
former ashram
new age summer camp
stained glass windows decorated
with turtles and snails
pictures of smiling Indians
from India
Sue is dreaming
with a professional.
He guides her dreams
up into clouds. He says he can
turn visual dreams
to audio.
To do that, he says,
isn’t easy.
What do audio dreams
sound like?
Maybe I’ll take
his course.

Esther Cohen
Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me. I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.

  1. Love this Esther…made me laugh…I’d take his course too, an incurable dreamer at heart in more than ways than one.
