(This week in a doctor’s waiting for an annual checkup, I started a new book called Some People. The first person, in the waiting room too is a former police chief in a bright green velvet jacket that he bought on line for $30.00. Not all that different from The Last Book, but still. Here’s a poem about Someone Else.)
I teach a writing class for seniors a few times a week
on Zoom and go online a few minutes early to let
students in. One day this week I was online when the first
student theatrical doyenne in her late eighties
entered the waiting room entirely naked and I could see
her long dramatic U shaped breasts right in my line of vision.
Are you OK I asked not entirely sure what to do. I’m fine
she said but I think today I’ll take the class in bed under
my sheets. And she did.
Love today’s post. Fabulous image of your student under the covers
nude and feeling a little illicit. Keep the faith, sweet Esther. It looks like Biden may be able to squeak out a win.
love to you xxxxx
