Unbridled Grandiosity, Again (Covid Dreams)

A man named Hillary went into a

used book store in London and there was a section

called Books By Esther Cohen and Hillary

bought all of them because he liked the name

Esther Cohen (some were written by other Esthers)

and he found me on email and wrote

that he wanted to republish every single book

and also any manuscripts I had in a drawer

(I have two)

and asked if I had Anything New because

Hillary wanted that too.

Esther Cohen
Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me. I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.

  1. Hi, Esther — I have such dreams, too, but at the conscious, rather than un(sub)conscious state. Possibly because I’m 76 years old and still haven’t a single book published or play produced! And Time’s winged chariot hurries near.
