Trivial Friday (Covid)

A woman named Hope sent a list to a group

of words you should never use  (how did Hope find me?

Maybe there is a secret word usage app tracking

grammar mistakes of strangers).

One of is her first.  Don’t ever say One of.  Ditto

Truth be Told, While, I Think, In the End, and

When All is Said and Done.  Also in the Never

category, There Are, Starting To, and Sometimes.

When all is said and done, never use any of these.

Except in a poem.

Esther Cohen
Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me. I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.

  1. Check out Warren Zevon’s “Keep Me in Your Heart” . When all is said and done is there to me remembered. Enough with people setting up what not to create.

  2. Your daily poems are always special. But the ones following a theme are specialer to me. Thank you. Ginger Mason
