Quebec City, and Today

Manafort and Michael Cohen

8 a lucky number

we look for good bars in Quebec City find

Taverne Belley near the port

to celebrate everything

negronis make a perfect party potato chips the only food

we toast all that we love

new cities old ones too so many people

right here dancing

best almond croissant we ever ate

soaked in rum we’ll eat another one today

while it rains while the world

reconfigures while the man whose name

is not in poems falls apart at  last

Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me. I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.
