Insomnitol (COVID)

Well after a Trial Period of my new sleep drug

in spite of excellent side affects Unbridled Fantasies

I decided to try a more natural path

video consultation with a Genetic Nutritionist

what is that I can’t do justice to the notion but I read

about the idea and Genetic Medicine make sense who

we are has so much to do with what we come from (mothers

a recent example) and she read my bloodwork more carefully

than my Official Doctor explaining this and that and when we

came to sleep she said I Don’t Like the Pill You’re Taking

and I explained about the Unbridled Fantasies and she said

I’ll make a recommendation you don’t have to follow and she

told me about Insomnitol which sounds far less appealing

than Unbridled Fantasies but I liked her for reasons of compatibility

and she seemed to know her subject matter the way some people do

so I ordered Insomnitol deciding I could call it whatever I wanted,

say Unbridled Fantasies and last night I went Cold Turkey with my

other medication, took my first Insomnitol thinking if it didn’t work

only one night was at stake after all I am Not Going Anywhere Today

and if I can’t write a sentence or two I’ll watch Jessica James again

and the miracle is I actually slept for 5 hours straight without waking

and I had one dream I remember about blind twins, men, working

in a thrift store and wearing beautiful matching Hawaiian shirts and I asked

one of them if they knew they were wearing matching Hawaiian shirts

and he said Of Course We Do.

Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me. I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.

  1. Esther, my friend. A very large number of people are reporting unbridled dreams – (me, included) – have heard lots of reasons this is occuring, including, of course, stress over the present situation (write large) – but also being able to sleep in – evidently we have our most intense dreams in the hours before waking (or at least are most ale to remember them) so take what you want (I occasionally use the generic of Sonata – and I like the name) Loving your daily musings/poetry
