So much I’ll never do
if I were honest how hard
it is to tell the truth
now more than ever before
I want to try
if I were honest I would tell you
without making lists
without having to describe specifics
specifics don’t matter even
to me if I were honest I would tell you
this how much I’ll never do
Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me.
I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.

I love the way this poem is crafted, Esther. Like a handmade cup you hold in your hand and feel the potter’s hand.
thank you Jocelyn! xxx
