How Life Changes (Relatives) (COVID)

We live with family now.

We were lukewarm about  relatives (not all but many)

now because of the pandemic and small apartments

big house in the country rooms for everyone

enough land for 25 people sitting six feet apart

on chairs outside  two girls 19 and five

we are  all here together room for each other

absolutely nothing is easy and still we are

happy r right now lucky to be

together  in this incomprehensible time

virus and  masks and rainstorms and then two rainbows

yesterday and today we all will swim.

Let me tell you why I'm here, and why I hope you'll join me. I am here to poem, to play with words, to tell stories when I can, and to ask you for yours. Words are what I love, how I see, and what I say. Words are how I know my life, and how I find my friends. I'm here to ask you to join me. Right here. To send me your stories, and your poems. And to read mine when you can.
