Meditation is one of the (many) things I always intend to do. Meditate. Clear my cluttered mind. I have tried various classes and even read some Meditation Books (they are not Good Reading, especially. Except for Pema Chodron who is endlessly fascinating). Although I resisted the idea of a meditation app for a while (it seems antithetical. iPhone meditation?) I have tried a few. Starting with CALM. OK. Now I’m trying HEADSPACE.

  2. I have Headspace. He did a Ted Talk, which is how I found him. Love the guy’s voice. I was very good, did the free stuff and then bought into the paid. I did it for a few months. Then I lapsed. But I still have the app. I may try again someday. The problem for me was the blotting out of the police/NYFD sirens, cars honking, people out on the street. Very difficult to get past all of our everyday sounds.
